How do I pay?

Once you place an item in your basket you will be taken through the check-out process and redirected to WorldPay’s secure payment page to complete payment. After submitting the necessary information you will then be brought back to the Fanski dress™ website where you will see confirmation of your order. For more information on WorldPay click here.

What can I do if I am having difficulties placing an order?

How do I know if my payment has gone through?

When you submit your payment details, the WorldPay payment service will request authorisation from your Card Issuer and carry out any fraud screening. Depending on the outcome of the authorisation request, you will see either a successful or a failed message on screen, which will confirm the result of your transaction.

A successful payment will also be confirmed by email from World Pay. You will also receive an email from Fanski dress™ to confirm the order. The email from World Pay will include the details of your purchase and your Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with us. It will be sent by WorldPay to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details.

If you receive more than one email from World Pay and you have only made one purchase, please contact us on info@fanskidress.com, informing us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will be able to arrange a refund if necessary.

If you are in any doubt about the status of your order, please contact us directly, with the relevant details, and we will be able to advise you of your order status.  You can also get an order status update from the My account section.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not need to set up an account to place an order – you can check out as a guest.

How do I cancel an order?

You have the right to cancel an order. If you want to cancel an order before dispatch you will need to email us on info@fanskidress.com with your order number and details.  We will then be able to organise the refund.  If you receive your order after you have cancelled it this means we were unable to prevent it being shipped and you must therefore return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy.  This may be because we may not be able to read your email before your order has been processed. All instructions to cancel must be clear and quote the order number and details on the email you have received at the time you placed your order.

Is there a discount for group orders?

Yes, if you order 5 or more ski suits in one go you will receive a 15% discount off the whole order – even more incentive to get your friends in on the Fanski dress™ act! Enter discount code ‘5ormore‘ at checkout for the discount to apply.

How do you ensure the security of my details?

No payment information is kept, transmitted or processed by our web site; this is all done through the Payment provider (WorldPay) and they are PCI compliant. For more information on WorldPay click here. The website itself will hold only names, email addresses and postal addresses. We also have a security plug in to ensure the website is as secure as it can be.

If a product is out of stock how do I place an order?

We have a pre-order facility so if your item of choice is out of stock you can place a pre-order and you will be one of the first lucky few to get your hands on the product as soon as we get our hands on it!


What are the delivery options?

Different delivery options are listed below:

  • 1-2 Days Delivery – Royal Mail – Proof of delivery provided online.
  • Next Day Delivery – Tracked online with Royal Mail.

Note – normally the estimated delivery times are accurate but they are not guaranteed – with the exception of next day delivery which is guaranteed for next working day if order placed before midday (excludes weekends and bank holidays.)

How much do you charge for delivery?

The really good news is that we don’t charge anything for delivery in 3-5 working days within the UK. That’s right…totally free. If you would like your package quicker than 3-5 working days we can sort this for you  – options outlined below:

We can deliver to anywhere on earth.  All you need to do is check in the ‘calculate shipping’ section at the checkout to see what the costs are for delivery to your address. Can you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address?

Yes – as long as the billing address you have provided is correct.

Can I exchange or return the ski suits and helmet covers if I change my mind once I have received my order?

Yes, you can! We’ll happily refund or exchange any unworn Fanski Dress™ ski suit or helmet cover returned to us within 14 days, so long as it comes with all its packaging in tact and its tags still attached.

There’s a return address on the packing slip you receive with your order. Simply put a note in your parcel with your name and order number, so we know whom the parcel is from, and let us know what you’d like to swap for if making an exchange. For example, if you have ordered the wrong size, please state which size and style you would like as replacement on the packing slip.

Unless your item is faulty or you’re sent the wrong thing, you’ll be required to cover all inbound and outbound postage costs.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage and use recorded delivery. Sadly, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.


How do I work out what size I need?

All helmet covers are one size fits all.

Will the ski suit keep me warm and dry?

Yes – we have worked hard to make sure we meet standard skiwear criteria so you can be on the slopes and know you will be warm and dry – while having way more fun than standard skiwear!

Entry level skiwear starts at 1500mm for waterproof rating and 2000-3000g for breathability rating. Our suits are 5000mm and 5000g respectively, so you can be confident in our quality credentials. The waterproof rating means you can be confident of the ski suit not allowing water to penetrate the inside, while the breathability rating indicates the ability of the suit to transfer moisture from the inside to the outside – keeping you warm and dry.

It is the materials we have selected that enable us to deliver these ratings. The shell fabric of the ski suits is 228T taslon fabric with clear PU coating. The ski suit lining is 210T taffeta and the 120 gms quilted padding insulation is added warmth for the body, sleeves, legs and hood.

The suit also has fully taped seams and adjustable cuffs to protect you from snow sneaking up your suit. Extendable sections on the leg opening mean the suit fits easily over your ski/snowboard boot.
All very technical – but rest assured it all adds up to you being comfortable, warm and dry on the slopes!

All of this technical stuff is combined with bright, fun, bold designs which mean you will stand out on the slopes, having soooo much more fun than standard ski wear!

Does the ski suit have pockets where I can carry things?

Yes – we have designed it so you have the same pockets as most standard skiwear. There are 2 on the jacket, one inside pocket and one on the arm for your ski pass.

What should I wear with the ski suit?

Up to you (and what the weather is doing!) Think of our ski suits as your standard skiwear – if it is particularly cold you will probably need the usual thermals underneath the ski suit, if a sunny day and milder temperatures you may be okay with just a t-shirt…..

Can I wear my helmet with the ski suit?

Yes, safety first. We have designed the product with an adjustable hood to fit over your helmet so you feel as safe as you do in standard skiwear.

How do I wash and care for the ski suit?

You can machine wash your Fanski dress™ – but on a cold wash. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, dry clean or use softeners. Rinse thoroughly and wash and dry inside out.

How do I wash and care for the helmet cover?

All helmet covers are machine washable – so it is very easy to keep them in tip top condition!
